The location near the lake looks promising from outside. Unfortunately, the reality is disappointing. the beach is far, and the property is run down and dated. the real issues start in the room. the bathroom is dirty, and the facilities are worn out. the service is not exceptional either, as the staff is not friendly or helpful. Breakfast is not worth the price, and the view is non-existent. the only advantage is the proximity to some Coromandel hotspots, but that's about it.
The property has a lot of personality but lacks the investment it needs to match the beautiful surroundings.

This hotel has everything I needed for a great stay: it is close to great eateries and the town center, making it easy to explore all the nearby restaurants, shops, and pharmacy. The location is also very convenient, as I could easily reach the beach and everything I needed. The staff was friendly and provided me with all the information I needed about the local area.
All was good.

We had such an amazing experience at this place! The location was perfect, being close to great eateries and within walking distance to the center of town. The room amenities were fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area, and a lovely patio to relax on. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the manager to the chamber maids. They even gave us a late check-out despite being busy during a long weekend. The facilities were also top-notch, with free Wi-Fi and a restaurant on-site. We highly recommend this place to our family and friends!
Honestly, we can't think of any negative aspects to mention. This place is simply fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to our family.

Complementary breakfast was great and so was the free parking. the location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to several restaurants. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the surroundings.
The noise level was unbearable. We could hear the traffic passing by all night long and there was even construction going on outside in the early hours of the morning.

Family units and location
No complaints, a little dated, could have microwaves in room and better tv for a 4star. I'd say it was more 3 star.

The stay at Pacific Harbour Villas was amazing! Sue, the owner-manager, went out of her way to accommodate us and provided perfect service. The villas had beautiful views and wonderful amenities. Sue was also helpful in recommending activities and making bookings. Highly recommended!

I loved the personal retro decor and the attention to detail at Pacific Harbour Villas. From the moment I walked into the room, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The retro style and cozy atmosphere made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The manageress was friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to my stay. The location was fantastic, just across the road from the venue. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
There were a few minor issues. The bathroom could use a reseal inside the shower to prevent mold.
